Steve's Poems I
collect here all the poems I have written that I'm willing to share
with the world. The only exceptions are available through the "Special Features" section of this website. The poems appear below in alphabetical order by title. I
have marked a selection with asterisks that I would like to suggest might
be included in a compilation of "The Essential Steve Bloom." I do this
with some trepidation since if you are simply browsing at random
and choose to select only those poems that I have marked in this
way, you might miss the one that I wrote specifically with you in mind
(even if I was unaware that I was doing so at the time). Let me urge you, therefore, to include some
of the unmarked poems in your random browsing as well. You never know
what you might discover.
It's my hope that there are at least a few great poems here, my belief that most of the rest are at least worth your time and attention. You may feel as if a few are merely interesting attempts at poems but I choose to share them with you anyway because they are, well, interesting. All poems reserve the right to change without notice.
